"Repair wasn’t diagnosed right"
I brought my car in thinking they had figured out the problem, but the issue weren’t diagnosed right the first time. I ended up having to come back, which was frustrating since I really thought it was already fixed.

"Loyal customer but feeling let down"
I’ve been going to Evans Tire for a few years now, mostly because it’s convenient and close to me. For the most part, my visits were okay, nothing really stood out, but they usually handled what I needed

Lately though, it just doesn’t feel the same. The price seemed higher than I expected, the wait took longer than I was told, and while the staff was polite, I didn’t really feel like anyone cared that I’d been coming there for years. I’m not sure I’ll keep going back

"Waiting area was okay, but the policy stuff was frustrating"
The waiting area was alright overall. The seats were decent, but after sitting there for a while it started to feel cramped. What annoyed me more was how some people seemed to get around the basic seating/waiting rules because of little policy loopholes, while everyone else just had to deal with it. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been handled better.

"Felt rushed and had to get it checked again"
The whole thing felt like it was done in a hurry. After I left, my tire still didn’t feel right, so I ended up taking it somewhere else to have it looked at. It was frustrating because I expected it to be handled properly the first time, and I left feeling disappointed

"Staff came across unfriendly"
I was there for maybe 10 or 15 minutes and felt like the staff barely acknowledged me. When someone finally did talk to me, it came off kind of condescending, like I was bothering them by asking a simple question. Not a great experience.

"Limited options for my tire size"
I needed a specific tire size and was kind of surprised by how few options there were. Maybe I was expecting too much or looking in the wrong way, but it felt limited and a little frustrating.

"Went in for a basic tire problem. Nothing..."
Went in for a basic tire problem. Nothing major. But by the time I left, I felt like I wasn’t getting the whole story. Price ended up different than what I thought. Explanations were kind of vague too. Just didn’t sit right with me. Maybe other people had a better experience. I just don’t really trust them now...

"Warranty help was decent in the end"
They did honor the warranty, so I can’t complain too much. It just took a few calls and some waiting around, though to be fair I was also busy and probably didn’t follow up as quickly as I should have. Overall, it worked out okay

"Felt pressured to buy extras"
I went in for what I thought was just a simple tire issue, but it felt like they kept trying to sell me on extra services I didn’t ask for. Every time I said no, there was actually another pitch right after. Maybe some of the stuff was important, but it came across more like upselling than actually trying to help. I left annoyed and probably won’t go back.

"Customer service felt a bit dismissive"
I didn’t have the best experience with customer service. I kept noticing the same pattern where my questions were answered quickly but not really in a helpful way, and the tone felt a little rude. Maybe it was just an off day, but it definitely left me feeling like I didn’t get much support

"Pricing was mostly clear, but took too much digging"
I used Evans Tire to check prices before booking, and I will say the site did show the tire cost and a few basic fees, which was helpful. It was definitely better than just guessing or having to call someone for every little detail.

That said, I still had to click around more than I wanted just to figure out what the final total would actually be. I wasn’t totally sure what was included until I got to checkout, which felt like extra effort for something that should’ve been more obvious upfront...

"Staff felt unprofessional"
I don’t know, the whole thing just felt off. Walked in expecting a normal experience, but the staff came across rude. Not much help either. I had a question, tried to ask, and it just felt like I was bothering them. Left kind of annoyed, honestly.

I kept thinking, okay, maybe there’s something here that’ll make the price make sense… but no, not really. For what I got, it just felt way too expensive. I don’t mind paying more when it feels worth it, but this time I was kind of left wondering why I spent that much.

"Still felt unsure after the tire check"
I took my car to Evans Tire to have the tires checked, and overall the visit was just okay. The staff was friendly enough, but I didn’t leave feeling completely comfortable or confident about driving it afterward.

They told me everything looked fine, but the car still felt a little shaky once I got on the freeway. Maybe it’s not a big issue, but I wish they had explained things more clearly or taken a closer look, because that uncertainty felt avoidable.

When it comes to anything safety related, especially with my family in the car, I need to feel sure. I’ll probably get a second opinion somewhere else next time

"Fixed it, but only after a hassle!!!"
I went to Evans Tire to get a flat fixed, and at first I thought everything was all good!!! But then the next day, I noticed the tire had a slow leak again, which was frustrating. I called the shop and they just told me to bring it back in.
They did end up fixing it the second time, so I’ll give them that!!! But I had to sit around for almost two hours, and nobody really explained what happened or why it wasn’t fixed right the first time. it kind of felt like I was annoying them just by being there!!!
The tire is fine now, so it wasn’t a total disaster!!! Still, the whole thing took way more time and effort than it should have. I’m glad it got handled in the end, but the process was definitely more of a hassle than I expected!!!

The booking went through fine, but it felt kind of slow. The times were a little confusing too, hard to describe exactly, but I had to double-check a few things before I felt sure about it

"Pretty disappointed with the alignment"
I got a wheel alignment done here and my car was still pulling to one side after I left. The steering wheel wasn’t even straight either, which was kinda frustrating. I ended up having to take it somewhere else to get it checked again. Not really happy with how it turned out

"Wait time wasn’t even close"
I booked online and it said the wait would be about an hour, so I figured it wouldn’t be a big deal. I ended up sitting there for almost 3 hours, and I barely got any updates unless I went up and asked. The tire work itself was fine, but the time estimate was way off. I also tried emailing about it afterward, and the replies felt like a robot was answering instead of an actual person. Overall, frustrating
